Therapeutic Expressive Arts Introductory Session-- Ongoing
This spring you can craft your own creative odyssey with me at The Meadow. This 1.5 hour introductory session will give you a taste of our process together. I combine mindfulness and the expressive arts to enhance wellbeing. The two practices help regulate the nervous system, strengthen your sense of self, and even weave you into the larger tapestry of community that is often compromised by our current systems.
A regular creative practice can also support you as you clarify intentions, reflect on lifelong patterns, reframe internal narratives, strengthen your voice, create boundaries, and heal intergenerational wounds.
I'll take you through a series of creative encounters that connect you to deep wisdom that can be found on the land, in the waters, and within yourself.
Expressive arts are multidisciplinary in nature. You will have the freedom to explore a wide range of mediums with an emphasis on process and reflection over product.
This creative journey can lead one to recover a sense of deep authenticity and reconnect to ancestral gifts that offer a sense of purpose and cultural pride.
