Small Graces: Expressive Journaling Tuesdays at Noon in March and April
Over two thousand clinical studies have suggested that regular expressive writing has dramatic healing benefits. It’s been shown to support immune function, curb addiction, heal trauma responses, improve relationships, and boost overall physical and mental wellbeing. Yet it can be challenging to stick with a regular journaling routine on our own. Current neuroscience suggests that the benefits of our contemplative and creative practice are enhanced and supercharged when practiced in community and the added accountability is a bonus.
This Spring, the Meadow will once again offer online group for expressive writing. We’ll provide an opening meditation, helpful and relevant prompts, and a dedicated virtual space for our writing practice. Join us on Tuesdays at lunchtime for a creative and reflective break in the day. This group begins on Tuesday, March 25th through April 29th from 12 to 1PM. (there is no session on Tuesday, April 15th.)
