Mind Waves Captured through Mark Making

An EKG of this afternoon’s practice of the Anapanasati Sutra or Full Awareness of Breath Practice. I mapped this one continuous thread of breath with a ball point pen (wrong-handed and with my eyes closed) as I went through the sixteen stages of this meditation as handed down from the historical Buddha.
